From representing Denny’s at sponsored fundraisers, to enjoying a baseball game with friends and family, team members have access to many community events in the Greenville/Spartanburg area throughout the year.
We are committed to giving back to our surrounding community. Our team members receive three paid volunteer days to spend with the nonprofit of their choice. In addition, we sponsor an employee Habitat for Humanity Work Day and participate in an annual United Way Campaign where employees spend time volunteering at schools, home construction sites, playgrounds, and more.
We offer employees discounts on major phone carriers, movie tickets, dry cleaning services, hotels, car rentals, travel, and theme park tickets.
With our home office in the city of Spartanburg, we pay for employees to park right beside the building in the parking garage. Our underground tunnel to the tower is especially helpful on cold and rainy days!
On Site Restaurant
Enjoy on site access and discounts to The Den, our fast casual concept that offers a classic twist to traditional diner items. Free access to the Coke Freestyle machine is a personal favorite of many in the building! We also offer employee discount cards to participating Denny’s across the country, and discounts at City Range in Greenville and Spartanburg.
Business Casual Dress Code
Enjoy a business casual dress code Monday through Friday that includes jeans.
Despite financial challenges facing the healthcare industry, Denny’s is committed to providing affordable, quality benefits. Denny’s offers a traditional PPO medical plan, high deductible plans, FSA, HSA, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life insurance.
We value the health and wellness of our team members! Home Office team members receive free memberships that includes immediate family members to the local, newly renovated YMCA. Discounted gym memberships are also offered to team members who live outside of Spartanburg.
We understand the importance of saving for life after Denny’s. The company matches dollar for dollar for amounts that you contribute to your 401(k) plan up to 3%, plus 50% of the next 2%. Receive the full company match of 4% when you contribute 5%.
We understand that our employees build their families in different ways. We are proud to support parents by providing adoption assistance. Denny’s provides up to $6,000 per adoption, and an additional $2,000 for special needs children.
Nursing mothers have access to a private nursing room during work hours.
Our team members earn paid vacation days according to their length of service.
Excused Absence Days
Each year, our hourly team members receive four paid excused absence days to use as needed.
Enjoy 11 paid holidays including one to two floating holidays per year to use when you need a day off.
