Open to different people, different beliefs and different perspectives.
We stand by that. Our franchisees, employees, suppliers and guests represent a variety of backgrounds. It is Denny’s strong belief that America’s diversity is one of the greatest assets in this global economy. As we see it, creating a diverse and inclusive work environment fosters growth, maximizes talent and values different perspectives, and can only build a stronger brand.
To show our commitment, Denny’s has implemented diversity initiatives across the board. The results? They have far exceeded our expectations. We continue to win awards for our results, because we believe a best practice for companies leading in diversity management is to extend beyond our four walls into the local communities we serve.
And we’re very open to that.
